location: property is placed in the center of the oldest and one of the most beatiful health resort called L�dek Zdr�j. Town is located in the valley of Bia�a L�decka between two mountain chains -golden mountains and krowiarki mountains that spread along the Czech Republic boarder. L�dek is surrounded by such a natural attractions as majestic summit of �nie�nik along with wilczki waterfall and reservation of bear caves in Kletno as well as reservation of Bialka`s primeval town of L�dek is divided into two parts: an urban part and a health resort part, on its ground many hot springs have been detected and are now in use as heeling remedy, as well as there are pump rooms with natural mineral water with fluoride and sulphide. The area is well known for treatment of rheumathism, ortopedic and neurological problems. Within a distance of 7km- in Czarna G�ra there is a ski-resort well known in this part of Poland, also on the territory of L�dek a new skiing area has been prepared.
